01 / Identify and clear
Identify each file, physical unit, work, contributor and permission. Review ownership declarations. A file fingerprint identifies bytes; it does not establish copyright or prove flight.
02 / Integrate and record
The operator approves hardware and content. Document device identity, manifest and installation on the exact carrying component. Agree navigation data, sensor accuracy, timestamp definitions and data return.
03 / Verify the outcome
Combine installation evidence, recovered or downlinked measurements and operator confirmation. Record actual mission outcomes, including incomplete flights. A physical object and a film depicting it receive different records.
04 / Use the story
Apply only the rights granted by agreement. Mission history may support promotion, licensing and sponsorship discussions. It does not automatically create royalties, investment rights or appreciation.
